We provide excellent care and education for children from 6 months–5 years in a whanau focused environment.We are looking for a dynamic and experienced centre manager, who will be responsible for overseeing the centre's operations - including staff management, curriculum development, parent communication and regulatory compliance. We are seeking someone with inspiring leadership and operational skills who is has a proven track record in providing quality early childhood education.We are looking for a leader who has:Strong knowledge of the curriculum and evaluation of outcomes.passion about building meaningful relationships with children, families, and teachers.A solid understanding of policies, procedures, current compliance and ECE regulations.Significant experience of day-to-day early childhood management and operational tasks.Sound basic financial management skills.A proven track record of effective time management.Passionate, caring and committed to the best learning outcomes for children.Knows what quality education and care looks like, and strives to deliver the best possible service to whanau and the community.Is able to lead and support teaching of the Christian Faith within Te WharikiThis is a full-time position and consists of both contact time and generous office time.
