Our client:

Is a stunning venue in Hamilton, providing a world class experience for guests. Being the only commercial estate of their kind in New Zealand they truly are some special. Their venue has many different points of service offerings from, tours, to wedding & events venue, to dining a la carte or high tea!

The role/s:

Our client has two positions available in the BOH function at present.

The first one being aCDP- we are looking for an experienced and confident CDP who is available to work across various days Monday - Sunday depending on business requirements the rosters will change. $45k per annum.

The second role is aPastry Chef -a critical role for them to ensure they continue to deliver fantastic desserts and high tea sweet treats for their guests. Again you will need to have availability to work across 7 days (you will always have two days off per week) $45k per annum.

Our client is a very busy venue so you will need to be confident working at pace and under pressure - expect your days to fly by!
