Working days are from Wednesday to SundayKo o kawenga / Your responsibilities:You will be responsible for supervising the front of house areas, including being the main point of contact during service periods for our Residents.Similar to a Maître d / Host role along with service management.As our customers are generally 18yrs - 22yrs old, having strong communication skills to this demographic is a must.You will be responsible for the completion of our Food Control Plan and Allergen Management, alongside our Chef's.Health and Safety is our number 1 rule, you will be an advocate and role model for safety in the work place.You must be confident with Microsoft applications and computer use.He korero mou / About you:Our ideal candidate;Will have a good understanding of Allergen and Food Control Plan managementBe hard working, have excellent communication skills, with a friendly outgoing personality.Ideally you will already have some experience working in a commercial kitchen and hold a food safety certificate (Unit Standard 167).You will need to have the ability to work independently and confidentlyMost importantly, you will demonstrate a passion for great food, customer service and quality.
