This role within the lounge will be responsible for ensuring our highly engaging service culture is translated into outstanding "surprise and delight" moments for our valued customers. In this position you will be responsible for; delivering a professional customer service, providing warm, friendly and welcoming ambiance for our customers basic food preparation and presentation stock control assisting and maintaining general cleaning and food hygiene duties. You will be hard working with a friendly, outgoing personality. Ideally you will have experience in a similar environment and hold a food safety certificate (Unit Standard 167) or be happy to train for one. Barista experience would be an advantage.
