Casual Spa Therapist

We are recruiting a Casual Spa Therapist to join our awarding winning eforea spa. Located in the Hilton Queenstown Resort & Spa on the banks of the Wakatipu, eforea spa's personality evokes energy, optimism and positivity, as well as attainable well-being and beauty.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

In your new role as Spa Therapist you will deliver the eforea spa promise, to provide a personalised, transformative spa journey, with every guest who visits ‘emerging brighter' from their spa experience. Reporting to the Spa Manager, you will enjoy working as part of a team and you will be available to work evenings and weekends. More specifically you will:

Provide professional beauty treatments and services for guests, including waxing, manicures, pedicures, body and facial treatments, massages and tours of the spa

Ensure high standards of cleanliness, quality of service and overall appearance of the eforea spa

Ensure exceptional guest experience from arrival to check out, bookings and upselling retail products
·
Keep up-to-date with eforea spa results and seek to positively influence them by following eforea spa and Hilton standards

Conduct daily duties with integrity, respect and ownership to ensure that you maintain strong relationships with the Spa Manager and your fellow team members
