Our District Health Board is large enough to provide variety and depth of work experience, with good support and supervision, yet small enough to be a friendly team with good social interaction.
We now have vacant casual RN positions to work in Pre and Post-Operative Surgery within our Perioperative Unit. The Perioperative Unit covers elective and acute surgery and has a 24 hour a day, 7 days a week acute service. You will be working with a team of professionals who lead from the front. Their passion, motivation and high performing work ethic will offer you experience like no other!
We offer you an orientation period, in-service education and opportunities to develop within all specialties within a supportive team environment.
To apply for the following you must have:
A current practising certificate with the Nursing Council of New Zealand
Level 2 portfolio as assessed via an approved Nursing Professional Development Recognition Programme (PDRP) or commitment to completion within six months of employment
A current drivers licence
