Our Nurse Manager plays an essential role in the advancement and development of our nursing team within general practice.The Doctors Napier group is a great place to work, with plenty of professional opportunities for enhanced healthcare!This is a 40 hour per week role worked over 5 days - Monday to Friday The Nurse Manager leads the nursing team, which includes Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Health Care Assistants, to provide safe, high quality, efficient and effective nursing service to our practice population. You will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of the nursing team, collaboration with the centre leadership, development and implementation of new and existing models of care and the recruitment of your team.
