Registered Nurse withAnnual Practicing Certificate and at least 2-3 years post registration experience ina similar environment is preferred for this role. Flexibility and abilityto prioritise is essential. Mystrength, is not the strength of one, it is the strength of many Mo te tunga- About the role Collaboratingwith community stakeholders and the interprofessional team to deliver carethat prioritises unmet needs of our patients.Undertakingcomprehensive, holistic assessments within culturally appropriateframeworks, providing care for patients in both primary and unplanned careareasProviding high quality care within the primarycare/Short stay/urgent care setting to enhance the experience andwellbeing outcomes of children, adults, and whanau within our ruralcommunities.This rolewill suit an experienced Practice Nurse who displays a caring and flexibleapproach to patient care. You will enjoy working within a close-knit team ofhealthcare professionals, while also at times working autonomously as yousupport and manage our patient's health and wellbeing.
