Casual Application Closes 17 Apr 2024 Wellington - Porirua City Merchandise Displayer and Window Trimmer HOOP has a Casual merchandising vacancy in Porirua.This role is to cover for a merchandiser on sick leave. Initially for around 6 weeks, but could be longerSupporting some of our clients product ranges in a local store.Work is scheduled on a Sunday , Tuesday and Thursday evenings for between 3 - 4.5 hrsThe hours that a merchandiser can work is anytime after 10pm. But you can start early morning.On top of the scheduled merchandising time there are regular displays to be built and additional time is generally allocated, anywhere between 1 - 2 hours and is usually on a Sunday night This is hands-on role, merchandising a wide range of products. A typical shift could include: Restocking shelves. Building and setting up display stand Maintaining display stands Ensuring products are displayed neatly and correctly We are looking for a flexible merchandiser who : Lives in, or within a 10km radius of Porirua Has a minimum of restricted drivers license and reliable car Is fit and healthy as some heavy lifting is involved Is comfortable using a provided phone for reporting Skills & Experience Merchandising, retail or customer service background would be good
