Casual Demi Chef

Job Description Join Oaks Wellington Hotel as our Fullt time Demi Chef/ Chef De Partie. Work alongside and support kitchen team members  Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served Maintain stock control and ensure all food and other items are stored properly Devise new menu items in consultation with Head Chef Be flexible to work a range of different shifts, including weekends. Qualifications To be successful you will have: Certificate III cookery qualifications Previous experience in a similar role. Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods Good communication skills. Positive, proactive attitude and a passion for cooking.
