The Mitre 10 MEGA Columbus Cafe in the Valley and St Aubyn is visited by regular customers and new customers excited to experience what makes us such a busy Cafe.
We are seeking anexperienced baristawith exceptional experience in the hospitality industry for casual hours.
Are you the superstar Barista we are looking for to join our team?
To be successful, you will have experience:
At least 2 years barista and hospitality experience with strong understanding and knowledge of coffee from bean to cup
Working in a busy, fast paced cafe environment
Delivering exceptional customer service
Being a team player
Stand in for supervisor to cover breaks and leave (when required)
Desirable, but not essential skill(s) include:
Flexibility work additional hours on request
Great team culture with no late nights.
