You will be a well-rounded, competent carpenter with the ability to spot problems and resolve them in an as efficient manner as possible, you will be front facing often dealing with our clients directly once we have received a job order which includes discussions about project delivery.
Your role as Carpenter working in the Projects and Interiors team will involve not only working on the tools but supervision and coordination of site personnel and sub-contractors and working with the project team leads to ensure that projects are constructed safely, on time and to budget.
To be considered for this role it is essential that: You have appropriate commercial building experience You will be trade qualified and highly skilled in finishing and fit-out work Knowledge of building methods and materials Skilled at interpreting drawings and plans Effective time management skills including the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines Effective interpersonal skills Be a champion of health and safety A full driver's licence Have an understanding on how to navigate IT systems and processes Why work for us At Naylor Love we understand work isn't only about who you work for; it's also about what you do and your experiences.
