Carpenter Or Building Labourer

People Plus Diverse role, no two days are the same!, Opportunity for growth and development, Live and work in sunny Gisborne!.Fenn Refrigeration is a locally owned refrigeration and air conditioning company based in sunny Gisborne and we currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Carpenter or Building Labourer to join the team.
We are looking for a person with previous building and construction all round experience to join our team of Air-conditioning and Refrigeration Technicians. This role will provide support maintenance and instillation support for commercial and residential projects.
We are looking for someone who is willing to get in and get the job done. Attention to detail, the ability to work unsupervised, provide estimates on costs and a great attitude is a must.
The applicant would need the following:
Proven building and construction experience (qualified and non-qualified builders will be considered)
Be a NZ resident or have the eligibility to work in NZ
Have a NZ drivers License
To be able to achieve and maintain a high standard of workmanship
Work without supervision and lead if necessary
Knowledge of and commitment to Health and Safety
Ability to use hand held devices for job management and recording
