Adecco New Zealand is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Carpenters to join our ever growing Civil and Construction team across New Zealand. There are a variety of Construction sites managed by Adecco's clients for assignment-based roles. Role Description: We are currently looking for experienced carpenters and hammer hands for on-going work around the Northland Region. The role will include form work, framing, dry wall fixing, roofing, cladding and more. This is a great opportunity to not only enjoy a change in job, but also work in a great team environment. Health & Safety is a key priority for us, and you will need a good knowledge, understanding and proven application of Health & Safety practices. Salary will be based on experience for this role. About you: Be comfortable with reading plans, blueprints, and sketches Taking measurements, calculating, and planning material requirements You will take pride in the quality of your work You will have a strong work ethic and have excellent communication skills You must have reliable transport. Be flexible as projects sites may change Benefits: Competitive rates of pay Min $29.66 - $34 depending on experience Permanent and full-time role with good working hours with a minimum of 30 hours paid per week Opportunity to work on landmark projects across multiple regions in New Zealand Opportunities for training and development provided We have opportunities in multiple locations throughout New Zealand including Auckland, Northland, Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Hawke's bay, Taranaki, Gisborne, Whanganui-Manawatu, Wellington, Marlborough, Nelson-Tasman, Canterbury, West Coast, Otago and Southland.
