We take care of those that took care of us and believe in the philosophy - “Never forget the hands that raised you!” Your next job as a Caregiver you will provide care to residents while assisting them with activities of daily living. You will get to monitor the health, safety and well-being of residents and encourage them to socialize and participate in activity programming.Assist residents with personal care, hygiene and dressing
Perform cleaning and laundry
Promote safe, sanitary and, secure environment
Respond to residents needs reacting quickly and responsibly in case of emergencies
Collect information about resident service plans and give input
Drive community vehicle as needed for appointments and outings
Establish and maintain working relationships with co-workers, residents, families and visitors
Maintain confidentiality of information
Prioritize, multi-task and remain flexible in a fast paced, service-oriented role
Prior experience in healthcare preferred
Participate in staff, resident, family or company activities and events
Encourage activities to help with socializing and participation
