The Role
With a focus on providing the very best care for residents, we are looking for a passionate Care Manager. Your role will involve not only care but also ensuring that residents enjoy a comfortable lifestyle with plenty of activities.
Overseeing ACFI, staff leadership & education, overseeing audits and working within the management team to oversee finances will all be part of your role.

Right Person for the Role?
This role would be well suited to an enthusiastic RN with a background in caring for elderly residents. We are looking for a forward thinking person who can thrive working alongside managers to deliver excellent care and customer service.
You will have:
RN Qualifications & AHPRA registration
A very kind & caring approach to aged care
Strong leadership experience within Residential Aged Care
Excellent communication skills & ability to build relationships
Good computer skills
Good experience with ACFI & Aged Care Legislation
Ability to assist the FM with day to day operations
