Capacity and Utilisation Lead | Theatres | Dunedin | Reading | Full Time | Competitive salary dependant on experience Spire Dunedin Hospital are looking for a motivated Capacity and Utilisation Lead to join their dynamic team on a full time basis. Duties and responsibilities: To maximise the utilisation and allocation of theatre sessions to maximise the number of patients seen and treated and revenues generated.To work closely with the SMT, Hospital Head of Departments, and consultants to deliver short and long term business achievement, contributing to the Hospitals overall success. Be responsible for others involved in supply chain and storesTo be involved in training and development, performance appraisals, monitoring ongoing team delivery, workload, performance and achievement of targets.
