As a Capability Facilitator, you will be working alongside the wider Capability Team to deliver the Capability will be establishing strong relations with a range of stakeholders such as Training Providers, Managers, Supervisors, Iwi/Hapu, Community groups, High schools, Private Training Establishments, and our People & Capability team. This role will report to the Learning and Development Pathways Lead and it will be based either at Whangarei, Hamilton, or Auckland Regions (we are happy for you to be based at any of our office locations). You will also: - Design and deliver training programs focused on developing key capabilities and skills within the organization. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and goals for our trade cadets, international cohorts and trainees. - Facilitate workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions to support employee development. - Create engaging and interactive training materials and resources. - Evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement. - Provide individual and group coaching to support skill development. - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in learning and development. - Support the implementation of talent development initiatives and programs. You will also be able to demonstrate your: - Proven experience in training, facilitation, or organizational development. - Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build rapport and engage with employees at all levels. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Experience with learning management systems and training evaluation tools is a plus. Additionally, some technical experience in the Electricity Supply Industry would be advantageous.
