Campus Principal

We are currently seeking an inspirational Campus Principal to provide leadership of our West Coast Campus. Reporting to the Teaching and Learning Leadership Team and working under the leadership and support of the Regional Management Team, the Campus Principal is a key member of the senior educational leadership team, providing educational and academic leadership to staff and students.  With responsibility for the day-to-day management and professional leadership of our sites in Greymouth and Westport, the Campus Principal will ensure curriculum delivery focusing on the student as a self-directed learner, the implementation of the school's policies and programmes and the provision of pastoral care.  Possessing leadership experience, ideally as an Assistant/Deputy Principal, Head of School or an equivalent level in curriculum development or teaching and learning, the Campus Principal will have a solid understanding of NCEA curriculum requirements and experience building and managing positive working relationships with staff, students, and parents.  With an attractive remuneration package on offer, state of the art technology, proven academic performance and small class sizes, this is an excellent opportunity for an educational leader with an interest in modern teaching methods and technologies.  For further information, please contact Iain Longden on ******  Applications Close: Friday, 12 April 2024 (unless an appointment is made sooner)
