Call Center Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description: Owens Corning is seeking a remote Call Center Specialist to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone calls and other remote communication channels. We are looking for an energetic and passionate individual with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities:1. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.2. Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find suitable solutions.3. Demonstrate emotional intelligence when interacting with customers to ensure a positive experience.4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions with customers.5. Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide seamless customer service. Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.2. 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role.3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.5. Energetic personality with a passion for helping others.6. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence.7.
