Job Description: Kimberly-Clark is seeking a motivated and independent Call Center Manager to work from home in Nelson, New Zealand. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Call Center Manager will be responsible for managing a team of remote call center representatives and ensuring smooth operations and high customer satisfaction levels. Responsibilities:1. Manage and oversee a team of remote call center representatives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.2. Develop and implement strategies to improve call center performance and achieve key performance indicators.3. Monitor call center metrics and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.4. Handle escalated customer calls and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management.8. Promote a positive work culture and lead by example in delivering excellent customer service. Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in call center management.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.4. Strong leadership abilities and a proven track record of team management.5. Ability to work independently and motivate a remote team.6. Strong research skills and creativity in problem-solving.7.
