Job Description: Shuttlerock is seeking a Call Center Assistant to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This is a full-time, work from home position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. As a Call Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone to our clients and customers. Responsibilities:1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve any issues.3. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within a timely manner.4. Document all interactions with customers accurately in the system.5. Provide product or service information to customers as needed.6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.7. Meet or exceed call center metrics, including call volume and customer satisfaction ratings.8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers. Requirements:1. Proven experience as a Call Center Assistant or similar customer service role.2. Excellent communication skills and a pleasant phone manner.3. Ability to work independently and adapt to different situations.4. Strong strategic planning skills and the ability to persuade customers effectively.5. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.6.
