Job Description: Fuel50 is seeking a dedicated and reliable Call Center Assistant to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As an Entry Level position, the Call Center Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone calls and emails, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities:1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with a high level of professionalism.2. Provide accurate information about products, services, promotions, and company policies.3. Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and managing account information.4.
