Exciting news from the Havana team! We're on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join us as our Café Territory Manager. Reporting to our Havana Sales Manager, this role is based at our Parnell Roastery in Auckland and offers a permanent opportunity. Your primary focus will be on hunting down new business prospects within the On Premise and Café sectors, while also managing our existing customer base. As we drive forward with COFFEEUFEEL, expanding our presence across Auckland and fostering strong client connections are at the heart of our mission. Your key focus areas in this role will be:
• Maintaining strong customer relationships and adherence to your call cycle to ensure customer needs are being met.
• Deliver on account retention & new business targets
• Sell in of Retail range to existing customer base
• Ensure existing accounts are supported through training, servicing and resources to help them grow their coffee business
• Build capability in coffee training and troubleshooting for machinery queries. We're looking for someone who:
• Is motivated, self-driven, and pro-active with a desire to achieve results and use initiative.
• Has the ability to work independently as well as in a team, prioritise and quickly solve problems (solution focused)
• Has excellent organizational and time management skills
• Has strong verbal & written communication & customer service skills
