Our Client in New Plymouth, Taranaki looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Cafe Manager for joing thire Team.The role is a permanent full time position with some overtime occasionally , to meet seasonal demand, and includes weekend work and occasional evenings.Minimum 30 hours gurenteed.Working with an existing Food Control PlanRostering of staffEnsuring that all compliance requirements of the cafe are adhered to.Strive to achieve revenue budget and cost of sale %Cafe stock control – stock take, ordering, etc.Cash/EFTPOS handling of transactions.Organisational, time management, and problem-solving abilityAbility to be flexible and work well under pressureGood oral and written communication skillsJob RequriementFriendly manner and exceptional customer service skillsAny Qualification in Business ManagementBristat Qualification or Experience in Barista is prepored.Front house & cafe in house work management handling.Making coffee is an essential part of this role.#J-18808-Ljbffr
