Cafe Manager

La Cloche Cafe and Patisserie is a busy French establishment which opened its doors 14 years ago. Our concept is focusing on high quality coffee, food and outstanding customer service. We are looking for a Cafe Manager with experience in a busy cafe operation. It is a full time position.
Qualifications required :
-experience in a fast pace cafe
-Leadership skills
-have initiative, enthusiasm and common sense
-great communication and organisation skills
-must be able to multitasks and work under pressure
-have ambition, commitment to the role and a love of the service industry
-customer skills as well as Team player
-must possess high knowledge in french culture and gastronomy
