This is an awesome role for a most loved local cafe as a Head Chef
Head Chef Responsibilities:
Ensuring promptness, freshness, and quality of dishes.
Coordinating cooks' tasks.
HR - team morale, training, disciplining.
FCP, implementing and administering. Implementing hygiene policies and examining equipment for cleanliness.
Obtaining feedback on food and service quality.
Head Chef Requirements:
2+ years experience in similar position.
**Able to put up new menu and cabinet ideas.
Excellent knowledge of BOH systems, ordering and inventory.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Available to work over weekends and on public holidays.
