Our Summerset Wigram Village is looking for an excellent Café Assistant to join the team! Summerset is the second largest retirement village operator in New Zealand. Job Description Our Café Assistant is in many ways the face of our business and as such you need to be able to relate to a wide range of people, especially the elderly and their families. This is a permanent, part-time role. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting the Café Supervisor with daily operation of the on-site café Providing quality customer service to café patrons Demonstrating compliance to all regulatory and hygiene requirements Assisting the coordination and catering of village residents' functions Qualifications You will be an energetic and friendly person with a positive can-do attitude and good communication skills.
