Our client is a leader in procuring and processing high-quality meat products. Established over 30 years ago this business has continued to grow into a successful and nationwide organisation.
This role will be reporting into the National Production Manager and you will be responsible for supervising 11 staff. This organisation is committed to being a leading provider of quality products, your role will be responsible for monitoring customer specifications, planning the production floor and staffing requirements to maximise efficiencies; and maintain a positive culture focussed on Health and Safety.
Role Requirements:
Proven experience in a leadership role within a fast-paced food production plant
Proven experience as a butcher
Great written and oral communication skills
Confident in your use of the MS Office suite
Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug test
