Here at Pukekohe we are wanting to drive our butchery to the next level. We have plans to grow the department but need to find the next super star Butchery Manager of New Zealand.
You will lead and provide assistance in the day-to-day requirements of our store's butchery department, including managing and assisting with the merchandising of both the self-service and service cabinets.
A culinary flare, understanding of food and customer service needs to be one of your strong suites.
We pride ourselves on developing new ideas and providing service over and above customer expectations. We are wanting to re open back our serve over for our customers with a big range of value added products and meals on the go. You will have the freedom to develop and drive.
You will be given help from our experience team from the meat industry with over 120 years of experience to help plan and drive this innovation to the customers.
Having a trade certificate and extensive experience in the butchery industry you will be well rehearsed in running a strong butchery department and leading a large team, or you are a proven assistant manager looking to take that next step in your career.
