This is a full-time position, reporting directly to the Butchery Manager.
Key Responsibilities include assisting the Butchery Manager in: Ensure a consistently high level of presentation in the Butchery DepartmentEnsuring standards of all products are achieved and maintainedThe ability to fulfil Food and Health and Safety requirementsMonitoring and managing production to minimise wasteAssisting in the achievement of Sales, Gross Profit and Wage budgetsHave excellent food & health safety standards (NZQA 167 & 168 would be an advantage)
