We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

To deliver projects within quality, time and budget and to the client's satisfaction
Providing specialised technical advice as appropriate
Development and maintenance of sustainable internal and external delivery teams,
Promulgation of best practice
Promotion of innovation and delivery efficiencies
Lead the Utilities team

Civil Engineering tertiary level qualification or equivalent experience
Strong relationship building skills
Strong business development skills
Ability to prepare tender submissions with assistance from tender writers
Ability lead a team
Strong financial acumen
A minimum of 10 years' in construction
Excellent negotiating skills
