Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity The Integration and Delivery team has a clear mission: to provide robust support and continuous improvement to both existing and new applications, spanning clinical and corporate realms. Our focus is on optimising workflow, ensuring systems are responsive, intuitive to use, and easy to access.
Furthermore, the Integration and Delivery function carries responsibility for various elements of PMO functions, spanning from the PMO Centre of Excellence to the actual delivery function within each region.
As the Business Analysis Team Lead – Northern, you will lead, motivate, and nurture a team of +- 20 skilled Business Analysts while fostering their growth in the field of business analysis. You will play a pivotal role in providing suitable resource capability to enable the successful delivery of approved programmes and projects aligned to agreed practices and methodologies. You will be responsible for uplifting the capability of your team and providing opportunities to learn, develop and grow your team. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, and you'll work closely with peers in the Data & Digital teams to allocate resources and capabilities in line with our roadmap.
The impact of your work will extend far beyond the confines of your team as you drive strategic planning and decision making by providing insightful analysis and recommendations. While you are part of a regional delivery team, you will be expected to have a national focus, with opportunities to collaborate on complex regional and national projects and programmes. Furthermore, you'll enhance operational processes and workflows through the application of business analysis methodologies and best practices, continually elevating our organizational efficiency. Nga pukenga me nga wheako | Skills and experience Proven experience in a leadership role of at least 5 years leading Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role. Proven experience in managing teams of 10-15 + members Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Excel, or data visualisation tools. Solid understanding of project management methodologies and practices. Familiarity with healthcare compliance, regulations, and quality improvement initiatives is a plus Ka kawea e koe | You will bring: A commitment to being a good Te Tiriti partner in all your actions.
