We need a special multi-skilled administrator who will enjoy being at the centre of everything. About the Role As our Business Support Administrator, you will get loads of variety including: Accounts & Finance Xero, WorkflowMax and Procore. Bank reconciliations. Job cost and budget tracking. Assist with payroll. Assist with monthly invoices. Monthly opex reviews. Tasks as directed by the Accounts Manager. Office Support General Ordering supplies, organising events, researching and resourcing, proactively making the office operate smoothly. Health & safety administration. Fleet management. Support the development of a SCOPE framework. Reception, hospitality and customer service. Administrative assistance to the Directors and General Manager People Support Drive and support company culture. Support the recruitment and induction processes. Organising birthday and anniversary cards and gifts. Organise company events i.e. NZIOB awards. Marketing/Sales/Tendering Support Assisting with tender submission responses. GETS website monitoring and reporting. Support the sales strategy and prepare monthly meetings and follow up actions. Overview and lead of Scopes social media platforms. Assist with marketing. Project Support Support the assistant project managers to deliver best practice standards. Lead and report on in house projects. The more you're able to do, the more you could do. About You Ideally you will have: Experience with Xero and operational IRD requirements. Understanding of Microsoft 365. Business acumen and life experience. Experience in a service-based SME. Strong PC-literacy and Microsoft office skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail in numbers and words. A desire to constantly improve things. And you will be: Professional, personable, and cheerful. Able to multitask. Easy to work with. Organised and efficient. Proactive and resourceful. Willing to do the little things which make our office run smoothly.
