What you will do Reporting to the Deputy Director Business Management & Performance, this role will see you provide all-round administration and clerical support to an array of stakeholders across the CIS branch and externally. You will have lots of variety and challenges along the way but the mix will vary depending on the demands of the business at the time. Tasks will include (but not limited to) general admin support, the on/ off-boarding of staff, facilities management, event management, financial reporting, asset management, etc.This position is fixed term for 12 months. What we need Your brilliant planning and organisational capabilities, along with your flexible nature and effective communication skills will see you thrive on managing the multiple tasks within this role! You will have several years of administrator and/ or clerical experience gained working in a fast paced and dynamic environment and be confident in communicating with high-level stakeholders.Other necessary skills and experience include:

Computer literacy (e.g. MS Office, SAP);
Familiar with financial procedures and managing financial records;
Experience in project reporting and facilities management;
Self-motivated, self-starter with the ability to use common sense and initiative;
An ability to prioritise with effective time management.
