What this opportunity involves: We are looking for an experienced Business Support Administrator to work closely with the Head of Department and Industrial Brokers to ensure the smooth running of the business unit.
Whether you're looking to start your career in the property industry or you're someone who takes pride in supporting the smooth running of a team, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Working for our biggest Commercial Agency team in Auckland, you will work with a team of Real Estate Brokers to deliver high calibre Marketing campaigns to showcase what Auckland has to offer in the Commercial Real Estate market.
You will play a crucial role in:
Supporting the brokers to ensure all marketing campaigns are delivered within the agreed timeframe and to a high standard
·Adhering to legal requirements and internal processes for all property transactions
Maintaining the internal database with up-to-date and accurate information, including client information, property listings and upcoming vacancies
Providing administrative support in all aspects of the team function
Partnering with the manager to enhance cross-function collaboration and team morale
What we are looking for: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Nitro Pro
Knowledge of social media platforms, online marketing tools and marketing campaign development and implementation processes
Experience with the production of marketing collateral and platforms
Prioritising requirements and time constraints from a team of commissioned brokers
Ability to quickly learn new systems and/or follow new processes
Be able to generate clear and concise written communication
Have a strong attention to detail
