Be a key partner for our NZ Distribution Centres and transform the warehouse operations environmentDesign the future state of our warehouses and be part of global projectsImplement continuous improvement projects and create the future state warehouse operationsYour PurposeAs Business Process Lead – Warehouse Operations, you will be working towards the future state of our warehouse processes to optimise and simplify Fonterra’s large-scale warehouse operations and distribution centre network. You will contribute to the design of various projects across the NZ Distribution Centre network and build a roadmap to digitise and improve warehouse operations. With a key focus on process design and continuous improvement, you will engage with various teams to identify opportunities for improvement, simplification and lead and own business processes across the simplification of Global Supply Chain solutions.Your primary responsibility will be to introduce innovation and simplification processes based on industry best practice standards, providing guidance in the day to day operations via training tools.What you will bringTo succeed in this varied and challenging role, you will have worked across warehouse operations or logistics previously and have experience in implementing and SAP Warehouse Management or Sales and Distribution functionality. Being self-driven and comfortable dealing with ambiguity will help you to transform ideas into a tangible roadmap. Furthermore, strong stakeholder management skills will benefit you when engaging and managing stakeholders across Fonterra’s value chain, including key supply chain partners.Having worked as a Functional Consultant or Solutions Architect across Sales and Distribution or Warehouse Management will be hugely beneficial.
