To ensure this transformation is successful, the new Transformation Office has been formed which will have oversight of the portfolio and plan, sequence, support, monitor and govern transformation delivery at Kiwibank.
Reporting to the Head of Business & Process Architecture, as a Business Process & Control Designer you will provide senior process and control design expertise to support the design and development of effective business processes and controls for Kiwibank change initiatives.
In this role you will work closely with business SMEs, business transformation leads, CX and UX designers, and business analysts to ensure excellent process and experience design, using a set of standard methods, artefacts, and tools.
Key to this role will be ensuring risk, cost, operating model, and process effective needs are balanced to achieve the best possible outcome for the receiving business unit, the team and Kiwibank.

Experience in designing business processes, process improvement, through the change delivery lifecycle. Strong understanding of process risk and the fundamentals of control design Ability to influence and educate key stakeholders in delivery teams and receiving business units to embed a unified and disciplined design approach. Ability to use innovative approaches to identify problems and find solutions. Ability to engage and influence stakeholders, build trust, and form strong relationships with people at all levels across the organisation adopting a consultative approach to influence key decision-makers. Understanding of process and design methodologies and systems including concepts (7 Wastes, Theory of Constraints, WIP management & communication, BPM etc), enterprise modelling and business architecture applications (eg Aris, Signavio etc), process levels and functional hierarchies A positive, can-do and results driven attitude is a must here Importantly you do not need to tick every box here to be considered!
