The on target earnings for our Business Managers will be $220k with high performers earning $300k+We are scaling fast so you will need to have an agile mindset, be able to pivot at any minute, work with pace and show up as an 'A Team' player everyday - sound like you? If so, you will thrive in our environment and this could be your dream job.Other responsibilities include:Own your pipeline of Architects, Designers, Suppliers and generate new business opportunities behaving as a brand ambassador to our invite-only platformBe a Tech fanatic and Digital expert and develop sophisticated strategies as their external Marketing advisor overall selling our subscription, events and ads on our channelsWork in synergy with Client Directors and Client Managers to coordinate a world class customer experienceBe a brand ambassador and help your clients be successful by leveraging the full power of ARCHIPRO 3.0 and deliver our story and value propositionEnsure operational excellence by managing your time and keeping your activities high, leveraging your teammates, managers, our suite of amazing systems including HubSpot and its dataMaintain a high level of knowledge and network in our industryYou'll get to join our PRO team where our strength is our People. We have crushed New Zealand, we are disrupting Australia, and soon we will be the default residential building platform globally.RequirementsMandatory Digital Advertising or Marketing sales experienceBachelor's or similar Degree in Business, Marketing or related field is desirableAt least 5 years of direct Business Development experience and comfortable negotiating complex dealsExperience working in the Digital Advertising or Architecture/Design/Building industry, highly desirableExperience using HubSpot or other CRM softwareExperience in a start-up/scale-up, hyper-growth type environment, operating in a client facing capacitySelf-starter, high energyStrategic and creative thinking with solid commercial acumenImpeccable communication and sales/EQ skillsStrong work ethic, entrepreneurial spirit, adapting to constant changesExceptional organisation and time management skillsFun, positive and passionateBenefitsCompetitive Base Salary, dependent on your Sales experience10% Uncapped commission on all sales - great earning potential for our Top Performers!Long service 'ArchiVersary' leave - for every year of service you get an extra leave dayOpportunity to join our ESOPSuperannuationCompany tools of the trade incl.
