As a member of the Enterprise National Leadership team, you'll be driving the company's short-term and long-term goals, whilst managing, supporting, and advising the branch and team. This role will also create and retain key relationships both internally and externally, with a drive to improve the branch and wider business.

About the Role:
As the business manager, you will have overall responsibility for the Christchurch team, consisting of:
Onboard, lead, coach, develop, and mentor your team, ensuring they are continuing to be successful and happy in their roles.Build new business and develop account management plans to nurture the many existing clients who have been loyal and constant for years.Develop and drive efficiency; manage compliance and processes.Contribute to billings by either billing yourself or bringing in new business for the team.Do your bit for culture; actively participate in building and maintaining an awesome team culture.Keep an eye on your branch's financial performance by taking an interest in and understanding the numbers and producing reports and presentations as needed. We envisage that 50% of your focus will be on the operational delivery of current services, 20% on general business management and innovation, and 30% on new business development. Championing our values and vision entails actively pursuing new opportunities and leveraging your networking abilities.
About You:
We are looking for someone who will lead the Christchurch business by example and be a positive role model. You will work closely with our General Manager to implement our strategic vision andwill need to have a proven record of sales and leadership, within the industry.
