As a Business Development Manager, you'll focus on selling and nurturing long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships that give our clients exactly what they need. You'll help small and medium-sized businesses understand their legal obligations with Employer Relations and Workplace Health & Safety. By signing clients up for Employsure services, you'll ensure they remain compliant and help them safeguard their company. Industry experience is NOT required as full training is provided. What will your day look like? Just as no two clients are the same, no two days are. If you enjoy by meeting a new challenge every day, this is the role for you. Typical responsibilities include: Working proactively to secure new clients through self-generated opportunities and leads from our proven tele sales and marketing teams. Building rapport with business owners and building an understanding of their company to determine any unique Employer Relations and Workplace Health & Safety needs. Making complicated legislation beautifully simple, explaining workplace regulations and what Employsure can do to take the headaches out of any employer responsibilities. Your story so far The perfect fit for this role will have: A background in sales, ideally face-to-face and within a B2B environment Impeccable presentation, including written, verbal and dress. Powers of persuasion – the aim is always to strike a win-win deal. The ability to work autonomously and keep your pipeline and diary full. A track record of 'delivering and delighting' – you'll need to hit minimum key performance benchmarks and give your clients a world-class experience. What do we offer you?
