Formed in 2005 we have quickly established ourselves as leaders in our industry and have a fantastic reputation with our clients.What we offer:Competitive salary packageFully maintained company vehicle, mobile phone, and essential tools of tradeWhat you will do:Develop, implement, and drive profitable integrated security solutions to customers within the Tier 1 and 2 Commercial sector, Healthcare (e.g. Hospitals), Education (Universities), Aviation (Airports), Government (Central and Local) and moreEstablish and foster relationships with new and existing customers with a view to embedding Johnson Controls as the security supplier of choice. This will be demonstrated through sales of Johnson Controls and 3rd party solutions from the available range including for example: electronic security installation, planned maintenance, security and fire monitoring. Furthermore, leverage and grow parallel business offerings from within Johnson Controls, by driving integrated digital and Sustainability solutions including OpenBlueTM, Building Management Systems (BMS), Fire, and HVAC.How you will do it:Achieve new customer growth acquisition targets through business development activities. Identify and develop strategies to formulate long standing partnerships with targeted account, and utilize a technology centered approach, to scoping and developing client solutions.Liaise, engage, and own relationships across the spectrum including, consultants, influencers, general and sub-contractors and end-users.Achieve customer retention, increased share of wallet, revenue and profitability, and customer satisfaction through managing customer relationships of existing Johnson Controls accounts.Develop strategic account plans for major accounts within key vertical portfolios and ensure that the strategy and action plans are adhered. Act as the single-point-of-contact for existing and future accounts.Assess market potential and growth opportunities. Evaluate and monitor competitive activities and develop reliable market Intel. Recommend strategies and tactics to capitalize.Attend and participate in industry seminars and events, including presenting and leading industry voice (where applicable).Consistently stay abreast of technology changes, and provide continuous 2-way feedback for business growth and adoption.Utilise company ERP and CRMS systems including but not limited to, Pronto, Salesforce.com, SimPRO.Participate in the One Team, One JCI approach, by actively working with and promoting Johnson Controls entire portfolio.To ensure the highest ethical, technical, and business standards are maintained in all activities.
