We are looking to fill an exciting role where you'll be responsible for growing the number of agents through your amazing business development skills. You'll be responsible for creating your own pipeline and building relationships, talking to potential new candidates and following up leads to present contracts to agents in existing brands to get them onboard with Arizto.Key responsibilities will include:Seeking out new prospects across New Zealand, which also includes following up on new leads.Present, promote and sell Arizto to potential leads and prospectsAnalyse the different real estate markets across NZ, track sales of agents and understand their traditional real estate experience.Proactively establish and develop relationships with potential prospects and existing agents already inside the Arizto business.Maintain up-to-date details in the CRM systemSet call cycles for each CRM customerAssist with tailoring proposals to suit business needsTo be successful in this role you'll have:A strong sales aptitude with proven sales experienceEnergy and drive to achieve sales targets / KPIsStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skillsExcellent time management and organisational skillsSound computer skillsFull clean driver's licenseThis is a fully remote role so a strong internet connection is required.This is an awesome new opportunity that will really suit someone who is a true sales 'hunter' and person.
