Business Development Manager (Property Management)

This role will require you to be able to come in and build a database of prospective clients and secure new properties.To be considered for this role you need to have the following: Extensive knowledge of the Residential Tenancy ActStrong written and verbal communicationAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProven Business Development skills a MUSTResults drivenAre confident and personableA minimum 2 years experience in Property ManagementA clean drivers licenceA car This role will suit an experienced Property Manager who enjoys the Business Development aspect of Property Management. You will be familiar with Residential Tenancy Law, be well networked and motivated to achieve realistic KPI's in a competitive market.
