We are looking for a highly polished and accomplished professional to join this great organisation, an individual who will play a proactive role and contribution to their ongoing growth strategy in this newly created contract role.This is a significant role within the organisation and will be charged with growing their recently revamped GoalsGetter KiwiSaver Scheme whereby the company has an ambitious growth trajectory. As such the successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record in a similar business development or sales role with a strong working knowledge of KiwiSaver, the financial adviser provider market and investment management.With a focus on financial advisors, you will be managing a broad set of client relationships and related new business strategy. The successful candidate will be a consummate communicator and have the drive to champion this organisations approach and product offering whilst building strong and enduring relationships along the way.The position reports to the Head of Distribution and you will have the opportunity to work in, and with, a market leading investment team. As such, the primary goal of the Business Development Manager will be to skillfully and effectively communicate their GoalsGetter KiwiSaver Scheme to clients with the focus on financial advisers.
