Business Development Manager - Inner West

Operating out of brand new, renovated open planned offices amongst a hub of cafes and busy lifestyle precincts, this is an opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join a fun, friendly and energetic team.

The Role:
If you are a hardworking, highly organised individual who has their sights firmly set on nothing but success, this is a diverse and fast paced role with plenty of support, structure and systems to help scope your career to its full capacity. On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for:
Sourcing new business opportunities
Conducting Open Homes
Work closely with the Sales Agents & Property Managers
Maintain and develop client relationships
Offer professional advice to clients
Arranging and conducting market appraisals
Taking Leasing enquiries via email and phone
Ad hoc administration duties

The Candidate:
Previous Real Estate experience is preferred
A current Certificate of Registration & Drivers License
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
Proficient knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010
