Reporting into the Chief Executive, you will take the lead in spearheading new commercial opportunities as well as increasing large membership customers throughout Aotearoa. You will bring second to none relationship skills, commercial acumen and negotiation skills as well as laser sharp growth and execution strategies.Key responsibilities:Building and nurturing long-term relationships with new and existing partners and growth of large membersIdentifying, developing and implementing opportunities to promote Retail NZ products to existing and potential partnersPreparing sales contracts for new and renewal of partner relationshipsProvide strategic advice to the CEO and wider organisation on emerging themes present in the retail industryWhat you bring:The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in successfully building new portfolios and strategic new business acquisitionsProven working experience as a Business Development Manager in a service sales contextExperience in working with senior management and managing relationships effectivelyExcellent operational, numerical, verbal and written and presentation communication skillsWhat next?
