Aotea Communications Ltd is looking to bring on an energetic, creative, driven, and competitive Business Development Manager to join our Wellington team. Reporting to our Managing Director, your day-to-day responsibilities are:  Business development, identifying national opportunities for Aotea Communications To work cohesively with key Aotea stakeholders, to assist with the development of a business development plan that follows high level, long term strategic goals. To work alongside other key areas of the Aotea business including Aotea National Services, Aotea Security to support aggressive and successful growth of the Communications business. Assist with proposals and response documents, ensuring company branding and marketing materials are current and reflect evolving market requirements. Ensure consistency across the company's Communications opportunities in terms of how we are presented to current, new and potentially new clients. Sales and Marketing Acumen - Expertise in strategic sales, understanding customer needs, and crafting tailored pitches for different audiences. Digital Fluency - Navigating the ever-shifting business landscape requires agility in leveraging digital tools and technologies.
