Job Description Opportunity to join a market leader Salary + commission + vehicle Location: Hawkes Bay About the role We are looking for a dynamic and experienced, strategic Business Development Manager, to join our Sales team and continue the amazing growth of our business in the corporate market. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager - you will work closely with various internal and external stakeholders, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in line with agreed sales targets. Building long-term relationships with your customers, and tailoring solutions for customer's waste and resource recovery in line with their sustainability initiatives. Qualifications About you You're a skilled negotiator, persistent, and results-driven with 2 years' previous work experience in a B2B role. You're a natural in building relationships, have tenacious commercial acumen, are a problem solver and are capable of seeking out additional opportunities in a highly competitive market.
