Our customers love us, and our investors back us. We plan on growing our team to 20 by the end of 2024 and have very ambitious plans for 2025 and beyond. We need you! Requirements As a key member of our Sales Team, you'll be responsible for driving the pointy end of the outbound sales process, prospecting future brand partners and using your out of the box thinking to unveil new growth opportunities for MenuAid. You will work closely with the Partnerships Manager and Founder, optimising where they direct their focus with the key goal of building sustainable revenue growth for. Purpose of your role & key tasks You will be responsible for actively managing the prospecting pipeline, unveiling new opportunities and providing warm leads for the Sales Team. Responsibilities include: You will be the face of MenuAid to our future customers, so representing our brand and values will always be at the forefront of your role Managing the front end of the sales pipeline with a focus on growing the outbound revenue channel for MenuAid Identifying new leads and business opportunities through market research, event attendance and competitor analysis Leading outreach campaigns from design to action, tracking and iterating to engage with new prospects Performing scheduled outreach to potential prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn etc. Maintaining clear and accurate records for customer interaction via the MenuAid systems, lead generation and pipeline stage progression Generate sales reports to identify areas of opportunity or improvement Your Qualities & Attributes To work well in our Sales Team you will have: Experience in a similar sales role (BDM, SDR etc) - preferably in SaaS, MarTech or FMCG Sales. A love for the sales thrill, and the resilience to ride the wave that is part of the world of sales Fantastic written and verbal communication skills with the ability to confidently speak with new prospects A proactive approach to actively seek feedback and continuously be trying to improve The ability to collaborate and work across the various functions within the wider MenuAid team Experience utilising CRM tools is advantageous (eg. HubSpot, SalesForce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LeadiQ etc) A proven track record of nailing targets The ability to deal with the uncertainties and dynamics of a start-up, but this gives you a lot of freedom and the opportunity to contribute your own ideas. We're open to discussing our salary range for this role, which is $70-90k. In addition, you'll be eligible to participate in our employee stock ownership plan. Get in touch!
